This channel has been created so that any person related to Vicinay’s activity, in a work or professional context, can report facts, irregularities, risks, actions or omissions that may involve the commission of crimes, breaches of the regulations and laws that apply to the Group, as well as conduct contrary to the Group’s protocols and procedures or to ethics.

The Internal Information Channel is part of the Vicinay Group’s Internal Information System, which is managed in accordance with the general principles set out in the IIS Policy, which can be consulted here.

This system is managed in accordance with the general principles set out in Law 2/2023 of 20 February, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption. These principles include security, confidentiality, proportionality, objectivity, respect for the guarantees of those involved and the applicable regulations, as well as the need for the informant to act in good faith and with an honest awareness that serious harmful events have occurred or may occur.
