The high resistance grade 80 chains manufactured by Vicinay Cemvisa for use in the fishing industry are subjected to a strict production and control process to meet the harsh working conditions of the fishing industry.
They are lightweight, with high resistance to wear, marine corrosion and brittleness.
The wide range we present includes three types of format, depending on the length of the link: short, medium and long link.
Supplied with tensile strength and elongation test certificate.
- High resistance chains have very low weight compared to their breaking strength.

- Subjected to test load twice the working load.
- G80 chains, made of heat-treated high-strength steel.
- Test load of twice the working load at 100% of the links.
- Lightweight and highly resistant to wear, marine corrosion and brittleness.
- Short, medium or long link, in diameters from 7 mm to 19 mm.
Surface finishes according to customer’s request (natural black, polished, blued, painted, zinc plated, hot dip galvanized)
