Lifting Chain
Vicinay Cemvisa manufactures a wide range of Grade 80 short link chains for lifting loads.
Grade 80 chains are manufactured in accordance with EN818.
After the heat treatment process, the chains are subjected to the tensile strength test and the bending test. During the tensile test, the elongation before breakage is also verified, which for these chains must be greater than 20%.
The working loads have been calculated with a safety factor of 4 to 1.
