VIC-RAIL® light profile
The VIC-RAIL Light Profile installations designed and manufactured by Vicinay Cemvisa are modular systems that allow the transfer of loads in a simple, reliable and economical way, substantially increasing the productivity of the workstations where they are installed.
VIC-RAIL systems are suitable both for moving loads in linear sections and for sweeping work surfaces. These installations can be configured for load capacities up to 1,500 kg.

These Vicin and Cemvisa VIC-RAIL lightweight profile systems are the ideal tool for handling loads between 0 and 1,500 kg, due to their specific design and the low friction between the load-bearing wheels and the VIC-RAIL profile, they allow loads to be moved manually with forces between 1 - 1.5% of the total suspended load.

The VIC-RAIL light profile system is used for both the range of light overhead cranes and the range of light jib cranes with a radius of up to 6 m and a weight of 1,500 kg.
Maximum load capacity:
- 250 kg up to 8 m.
- 500 kg up to 7 m.
- 1,000 kg up to 6 m.
- 1,500 kg up to 5 m.
Vicinay Cemvisa also offers the option of moving the load by means of electric motorization in both the pendant and radio-controlled versions.
