Design and engineering
From a correct identification of the customer’s needs to our commercial technicians in terms of work cycles, FEM groups, environmental conditions, etc., our engineering department designs the most suitable equipment according to its use.
Manufacturing process
Construction of support beams
The beams are made of welded or rolled sheets and are calculated according to FEM rules.
They are constructed by a qualified and approved personnel in welding and sheet metal working processes.
Painting
Our specification and standard painting process guarantee the protection of all surfaces against corrosion in normal environments.
Other special specifications for hostile environments can be applied according to our own standars or customer’s procedures.
Vicinay Cemvisa End carriages
Manufactured in accordance with the rules for calculating the standars methods of the F.E.M.
Post and suspended end carriages for overhead and jib cranes, gantries, semi-gantries and other applications.
Electrical equipment
Of electrical equipment in accordance with the following directives:
Machinery Directive 2006/42 / EC. Directive 2006/095 EC electrical equipment EMC Directive 2004/108. Assembly carried out by highly qualified personnel in electricity, electronics and automation, which allows meeting the most demanding requirements and specifications.
Final assembly and verification
All necessary components that have passed quality controls are assembled in accordance with Vicinay Cemvisa procedures.
We perform the final chekings before issuing the final documentation.
Quality control
Vicinay Cemvisa’s Quality Department guarantees that the design and manufacture of our cranes have been carried out in accordance with the company’s standard processes and the applicable FEM regulations in force.
Once built, they have been subjected to strict static load tests (over 25%) and dynamic load tests (over 10%).
