25th anniversary of VICINAY CEMVISA
As part of the industrial group VICINAY, which commenced its activity in the 18th century, VICINAY CEMVISA was established in November 1993 as a result of the merger of three of its companies, all with long experience in the manufacturing of chains and lifting equipment.
The merged companies were CATENA INDUSTRIAL, S.A., the only high resistance chains manufacturer in Spain, VICINAY ELEVACIÓN, S.A., manufacturer of overhead cranes and hoists, and VICINAY MANUTENCIÓN, S.A., with four sales delegations in Spain.
With this merger it was possible to take advantage of the synergies of the three companies, which already had a long industrial background, placing VICINAY CEMVISA as one of the main references in the lifting sector.
